I've been thinking that because I'm on the west coast of the U.S. that I'm often late to the party. That - and I'm a slow writer; it often takes me a day or two to get something down on paper.

Kim, you saw right through my mirror conceit and knew it was a love poem, didn't you?

Mary, I have to say I'm a lucky man. I love her and she loves me; what's better than that? (Well, okay, the kids are pretty wonderful too).

RichardMr. Walkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05507517064398624652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24017814.post-74798971947313082512011-05-15T18:47:14.378-07:002011-05-15T18:47:14.378-07:00From your poetry, Richard, I can tell that you are...From your poetry, Richard, I can tell that you are a good listener! We've got some better technology coming our way next year. As alway, thanks for stopping by; I appreciate it.

RichardMr. Walkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05507517064398624652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24017814.post-55324418108780482202011-05-15T09:01:39.599-07:002011-05-15T09:01:39.599-07:00This works well as a riddle poem, too. If you go to Read, Write Think you'll find a lesson. It's 6-8, but everything can be tweaked.
We followed the Riddle Interactive. My school has great technology.

Good piece, I enjoyed your reflection.

~Brendabrenda whttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00846306414656375463noreply@blogger.com
